Charlotte is passionate about the role of behaviour change and imagination in shifting the emphasis from sustainable intention to action. As the founder of Nula, a sustainability engagement agency, she works with teams to help them measure employee engagement in sustainability as well as knowledge levels and confidence in that knowledge to create bespoke action plans.

In addition to Nula, Charlotte is the Pathway Lead at WONDR, a social learning platform for impact founders. At WONDR Charlotte is working to connect these entrepreneurs to sustainable experts and mentors to help accelerate their businesses.
