Shifrah’s core expertise lies in the area of social investment portfolio management. As an executive team member at Plastics for Change, her role is overseeing fair trade and ethical supply chains, developing the impact parameters, growing & overseeing community interventions for the waste-collector communities and innovating on solutions that are sustainable.

Before taking on an executive role with Plastics for Change, she worked with leading organisations in India including the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

She sits on the board of several non-profits in India and in her free time loves weekend family getaways.
