Kate has over 25 years of legal experience both in City and large regional law firms, and for the last ten years has acted in a legal consultancy capacity and as General Counsel for large private businesses. Kate has held a number of senior board directorships over the last 10 years. Kate is an Independent Non-Executive Director of JTC PLC, a global professional services firm, acts as Chairman of the JTC PLC Governance & Risk Committee and is a member of various remuneration, nomination and audit committees for both JTC and other non-profit organisations.
