Cat started life in finance, before shifting her career towards retail more than 15 years ago. Specialising in ethics and sustainability for both large and medium size British brands including Marks & Spencer and Ted Baker among others, she now leads sustainability, ethics and compliance at The White Company and recently now after recently achieving B- Corp certification, is proud to be working alongside other B-Corps, who are collectively paving the way for even greater impact in the fashion and lifestyle industry.
